• Once an order is picked up or leaves our shop for delivery, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours if you're unhappy with the quality or design of your arrangement.

    We offer store credit for the original purchase amount or a replacement arrangement. After delivery or return, flower care is the recipient's responsibility.

  • Although my flower shop is inside a grocery store, I operate as an independent business and handle everything myself, with only freelancers assisting during major holidays and events.

    I source my flowers from the same wholesalers as the local flower shops in Denver's charming neighborhoods. These blooms travel far and wide—by trains, planes, and automobiles. For example, those gorgeous peonies you want for a December party are sourced from afar and can cost $20–$25 per stem because they’re out of season.

    Then there’s the labor involved: driving to multiple flower markets, handpicking the freshest blooms, unloading, processing, prepping vases and wraps, pricing, displaying, and cleaning everything for the next day. It’s a lot of work!

  • B.H.O.F. is located inside Leever’s Locavore, where we offer pre-made bouquets and bud vases daily, priced at $19.95, $24.99, $34.95, and $45.00. These arrangements are available for pick-up only and are located at the front of our shop. Please note, they are first come, first served and we do not offer delivery or hold these pre-made options.

  • Absolutely! Email us to start the conversation about bringing beautiful flowers to your home or business. Please note, our minimum for subscriptions is $95.00.

  • In addition to custom arrangements and pre-made bouquets, we offer event services, including weddings, weekly floral accounts for residences, corporate spaces, and restaurants, bridal and baby showers as well as workshops. Please note, we no longer sell plants or hard goods like greeting cards, candles, or apothecary items.

  • We offer delivery Tuesday–Friday, starting at 12 PM.

    Business deliveries: Arrive before 4 PM

    Residential deliveries: Arrive before 6:30 PM

    *If you're delivering to a business that closes by 5 PM or 6 PM, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your timing.

  • At Buckley House of Flowers, we hand-select the freshest and most unique blooms from the flower markets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, focusing on color, texture, and longevity. If you’re looking for a specific color or flower variety, please reach out via email or phone before placing your order to check availability.

  • Yes! All our arrangements come designed in a vase. Hand-tied bouquets are wrapped in paper and finished with a string or ribbon.

  • We kindly ask for specific delivery instructions (e.g., concierge, gate code, etc.) and a phone number for the recipient. If we're unable to complete the delivery, we'll return the flowers to the shop and attempt delivery again later that day or the following day. Additional delivery fees may apply.

  • How thoughtful of you to ask! I tend to bring home French tulips, blossoming branches, and anything a little out of the ordinary—like giant artichoke stems or the occasional foraged roadside find. I’m always drawn to the unexpected!
